Information arrives everywhere
Client presentations, PDFs, emails and spreadsheets all follow different formats.
AI operations for independent insurance brokers
Caldriva builds practical AI workflows that extract, structure and move information into the systems your team already uses.
Designed around the real workflows
of independent UK brokers.
Product demo
This early demonstration shows the extraction step in action. The output is prepared for review before it moves into the next part of a broker's process.
Demonstration of an early workflow. Results and integration options depend on the document, broker process and approved system access.
The problem
Client presentations, PDFs, emails and spreadsheets all follow different formats.
Teams repeatedly find, interpret and re-enter the same information into broker systems.
When information is not structured, reporting and better decision-making become harder.
How it works
Caldriva fits around the way your brokerage works today. We start with one repetitive process, prove the value, then expand carefully.
Start with the files your team already receives—without rebuilding the whole workflow.
AI identifies the important fields and presents them in a consistent format for human review.
Validated data can be transferred into the next step, system or report your team needs.
Built for practical value
Caldriva focuses on specific, high-friction tasks where better data flow can save time and reduce avoidable admin.
Illustrative early-stage test, not a guaranteed result. Performance depends on the document and workflow.
Why Caldriva
Structured, reliable data does more than speed up administration. It creates the foundation for better reporting, analytics and future decision-support tools.
Founder
Caldriva was founded by Cameron John after gaining experience within commercial insurance at AXA and seeing how much skilled time can be absorbed by finding and re-entering information from client documents.
The aim is simple: start with a specific administrative bottleneck, build carefully around the broker's existing process and keep people in control of the result.
Contact CameronFrequently asked questions
No. Caldriva is designed to support a focused workflow around the systems your team already uses.
Acturis is API-enabled, but any connection depends on the broker's setup and Acturis granting the appropriate access. We confirm this before promising an integration.
Performance varies by document and field. The current approach includes a human review step rather than presenting early test results as a guarantee.
We choose one repetitive workflow, agree how sample data will be handled, define the fields that matter and test the output before considering a wider rollout.
Access, storage, retention and deletion are agreed before any real client information is processed. Caldriva does not request broker-system passwords.
