Caldriva is a trading name of LedgerFlow Ltd. This notice explains how we handle personal information received through this website, by email and during an agreed product discussion or pilot.
Information we may receive
- Your name, role, company and business contact details.
- Information you include in an enquiry or meeting request.
- Sample documents or workflow information supplied under an agreed pilot.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand a potential workflow, arrange demonstrations, deliver an agreed service, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Pilots and client documents
Before processing real client information, we agree the purpose, access, storage, retention and deletion arrangements with the brokerage. Test or synthetic information is preferred during early evaluation whenever practical.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected technology providers where needed to operate a workflow. Information is shared only for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described or required by law. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information.
